Building Custom Reports:

  1. Name Report: Use a name descriptive of the report, such as "Campaign Performance". Additional details can be added in the description box.
  2. Select Period and Interval: The Report Period determines the date range for the report and the Report Interval indicates how the data will be aggregated.
  3. Select Brands and Campaign Types: Multiple brands and campaign types can be included within the same report. Select the vendor(s) and the campaign type (PLA only, Banner only, or all types).
  4. Select Dimensions and Metrics: Use the search bar or scroll through the field list. Hover over the field name for a short definition.
  5. Pre-set Reports: Pre-set reporting templates provide a great starting point. Templates can be modified as needed.

Report Distribution:

  1. Select Frequency of Report: Options include "Once, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly". Daily reports can be scheduled for a specific time, Weekly for a specific day and time, and monthly for the 1st of each month.
  2. Select Email Distribution: Check the “email report when ready” box to enable email distribution.
  3. Enter the Email Recipients: Email recipients are not required to have an account to receive emailed reports.
  4. Generate Report: Click "Run Now" to immediately generate the report or save the report for future use. Once the report is complete, download the .XLS file from the reporting tab.

Column Presets in the Reporting Tool

There are four preset reports available:

  • Sales Report: High-level view of product sales with product-level campaign attribution.
  • Campaign Performance Report: Includes details on impressions, spend, CTR, sales, etc.
  • Detailed Campaign Performance: Detailed view of product-level performance.
  • Campaign Summary: Includes campaign performance report metrics along with start/end dates, budgets, intervals, and ROAS.

Understanding Preset Reports

Watch along as we walk through each preset report and how you can use them to drive more insights from your campaigns:
